Richard Komisars III is Of Counsel with Kylee Belanger Law Corporation. Since 2008, Mr. Komisars has focused his law practice on representing debtors in Bankruptcy Court. Admitted to all four district Bankruptcy Courts located within California, Richard Komisars III works directly with clients throughout the state. Under the Bankruptcy Code, he helps debtors get a financial fresh start by wiping out debts owed for credit cards, medical bills, and income taxes. He has successfully helped his clients favorably resolve debts owed to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), California Franchise Tax Board (FTB), Employment Development Department (EDD), and California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).

Mr. Komisars is a native San Diegan. He earned his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from San Diego State University. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and their two small children.
